Poster of the Soviet movie “Fragment of an Empire”. Released in 1929, the story deals with the enormous changes in the USSR after the victory of the October Revolution. A man who loses his memory during World War I, recovers it 10 years after the Russian Revolution and returns home to a new and totally alien St. Petersburg.
